It has 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom. The showers are very small, but this part of the Europe charm. It has great space in the kitchen and living are for a European apartment. It has a great vibe and appreciate all they did to remodel this place. The instructions were great and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend this for any stay in Berlin. ##### Melissa H. Die Größe für eine 5-köpfige Familie absolut ausreichend. Das Objekt war allerdings ziemlich dreckig. Zwar kam die Reinigungskraft nochmal vorbei, aber bei ganz genauer Betrachtung war die Wohnung einfach schlecht gereinigt. Die Nachttischschubladen waren staubig und teilweise lagen noch Haare drin. Die Lampenschirme haben lange keinen Lappen gesehen. Im Badezimmer hingen Haare an den Wänden. Ecken und Vorhangschienen sehr staubig. Wir bekommen zwar die Reinigungsgebühr wieder, aber für den Preis wäre mir eine saubere Wohnung lieber gewesen. Generell ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände müssten gestrichen werden, die Fliesen im Badezimmer erneuert. ##### Matthias H. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was man braucht (Bahnhof, U-Bahn, Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Späti), fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit den Öffis schnell zu erreichen. Mitten in Charlottenburg und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sogar mit Terrasse und großem Garten, der von den anliegenden Häusern gemeinsam genutzt wird. Betten bequem, Bäder sauber. Schlafzimmer zwar etwas klein, aber wer will in Berlin schon seine Zeit im Zimmer verbringen!? ;-) Vermieter sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir (eine Familie mit 4 Kindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Shampoo und Seife wurden zur Verfügung gestellt sowie Tee und Kaffee.
