The downstairs was a nice gateway for my son for his 'man cave', very clean, no weird smells. Kitchen, livingroom and main bedrooms are on 2nd floor, just a heads up for people who may have difficulty with stairs. The HVAC was efficient for cold days and hot ones. The air controls downstairs were tricky, we had to turn them up to 89 degrees to get enough warm air downstairs. One thing to watch out for is the hot water. It's set on soooo hot, it would burn a child and theres no way in fixing it because water heater is behind the locked down in garage. Laundry shoot was fun !Overall a great place to stay!! we were there for 6 weeks while our bathrooms were being remodeled and it was comfortable and felt like home! ##### Amber M. ---
