The room was modern and we'll maintained. The mattress was very comfortable. The check in process is kiosk driven in the afternoon which was seamless. I'm surprised the front desk is staffed in the morning vs afternoon as the check in process is more challenging than check out. Also would be great if the check in process was better explained upfront and in English for non Germans as all correspondence was in German.

Great place - great value
We liked this hotel, clean and convenient. All self-service - easy and fast. Good room, very practical layout and good bed. This hotel is close to the Tegel airport - so you will hear airplanes, however, there is not air traffic during the night - so it will be quite. We had no trouble finding parking in the neighborhood streets with less than 5-minute walk. Easy to get to the airport the next morning.

Decent Hotel
I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was comfortable and it was a great value for the price. The location is not the best, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is OK for the 2.5 stars
It's worth the money, if you like watch the movies like me then it is good for you. I will definitively come back maybe for 1 week because not so expensive. The bathroom didn't smell so good but I like the location of the hotel.

Basically Good
MH HOtels are inexpensive (relatively) in Germany and a few other locations. They are designed for a businessman on a 2-3 day sray on a tight budget. The rooms are modest in size and features, but all essentials are included and many extras are available on request. computerized entry/registration works fine if you have an advanced, pre-paid reservation, which I did,but it could become problematical if you just show up without a pre-paid reservation..

Horrible experience!
The main problem is that they have no reception. If you get there and you have and American credit card, you will have problems because the machine where you have to check is asks for a credit card code, we has to wait a long time on the street for this problem to be solved. After getting into our room, the machine gave the same room number to other people so they just entered into or room when we were there! We stayed 4 days, but the room was made just one time because we asked for. We had to stay one more day in berlin as there was a train strike, so we paid for one more day, however the deactivated our internet code and even thou I called the lady she didn't do anything about it and I wasn't able to change my reservation on the other hotel and ended up paying more for this lazy lady's fault. On top of that, the next day when we went to have our last breakfast there she gave me such a big attitude. Skip this place, clients attention is horrible and the hotel is far away from every thing.

Great Stay
Excellent rooms; clean, with good design. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small compared to American standard - but if you are familiar with European standards - it is perfect. Check-in is via a 'Check-in Kiosk' - different, but easy and convenient. Breakfast is free and the selection, good. Close to the U-Bahn into central Berlin - which is a relatively short ride.

Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr gut und sauber. Fehlt bloß ein Kühlschrank. Mein Problem war beim einchecken, ich musste den vollen Betrag am automat nochmal bezahlen obwohl ich den schon online bei Expedia gezahlt habe. Es gab keine Mitarbeitern und telefonisch konnte man niemanden erreichen von dem Hotel

Ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhof. Gute Anbindung an U-Bahn-Station (U8/U9 ca. 800 m Fußweg). EZ klein aber sauber. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit verschiedenen Brötchen, Marmelade, Honig, Müsli, Eier, Kaffeeautomat und Tee. Alles super!

schönes zimmer, dusche super, wasserdruck vorhanden im gegensatz zu anderen unterkünften. bett bequem, für zwei große personen ein wenig schmal, da nur 1,40 cm breit. u bahn schnell erreichbar.

Der Eincheckvorgang am Automaten ist umständich, schlecht erklärt, fehlerhaft. Zum Glück hat es beim dritten Mal geklappt, ohne daß ich irgendetwas anders gemacht hätte. Der Wasserabfluß im Bad war verstopft.Und die aufgebackenen Frühbstücksbrötchen waren eine Zumutung. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Das war aber auch das einzige. Keine Info vorher dass dies ein Online Check in Hotel ist. Ich stand vor verschlossener Tür im Regen und musste ein Check-in Terminal bedienen, das nicht funktionierte. Die Notfallnummer die auf dem Check-in stand antwortete "Sie rufen ausserhalb unserer Geschäftszeiten an. Meine Anreise war 17:30 Uhr. Dass Essen hat das Niveau einer Jugendherberge. Der Preis für die Übernachtung incl. Frühstück ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Habe die 2. Nacht storniert ohne Erstattung der Kosten Seitens des Hotels. Habe 30 Minuten an der Rezeption diskutiert.

Im Normalfall werden vor Anreise E-Mails versendet, in denen darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Rezeption ab 14h00 nicht mehr besetzt ist und anschließend der Check-In an unserem Automaten erfolgt. Die Notfallnummer sollte selbstverständlich auch außerhalb der "Geschäftszeiten" erreichbar sein. Wir werden dieses Problem an die zuständigen Stellen weiterleiten.Ich wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Tag noch.
