Great apartment in a great location.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy with the sofabed already made up for us. The instructions for entry were very clear and we had no problem getting into the apartment. There was plenty of room for the four of us - maybe another armchair would have been useful? The WiFi was a bit slow but we enjoyed the Netflix! The local area is great with plenty of shops and restaurants and the U bahn station at the end of the street makes it very easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

The space is a walk up to the third or fourth floor to an open, clean, great space. Quiet building and great location near to the U public transit line. Lots of coffee shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location in a quiet courtyard. Felt very safe .Looks exactly the same as in the photos. Overall the kitchen was well equipped but placements and coasters would have been useful. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack with some milk, tea & coffee.

Great Apartment......
Really nice apartment, close to my work. Getting into the apartment and then staying is easy. The kitchen is well appointed so cooking is easy but there are also a lot of restaurants nearby.

We loved the style and cleanness of the apartment but it was not super comfortable overall as we had asked for a crib for our baby, as the description said it was available, and were disappointed not to find one on arrival. For this reason we had 2 pretty uncomfortable nights :( so I suggest double-checking before booking if this is a break dealer for you. However the apartment was lovely, just like in the pictures, close to train station and shops, and we were allowed to check in early. We booked the shuttle from the airport too and everything went smoothly.

This is not a serviced apartment, has no internet!
The shower did not drain, the bathtub showerhead was broken, and there were towels for one person during our entire stay. There was never a daily cleaning service or turndown. These things were not fixed until the day we left and the manager was threatening and unaccommodating when I requested for a late checkout using the expedia chat room. After not allowing us to shower or bathe properly for days, Tanja spent a good amount of time screaming at me on the phone via the cleaning service person's mobile to the point I would just hang up on her several times. She would not honour our request to check out at 3pm without any further rudeness. And we felt severely harassed at the end of our stay. We were eventually given an HDMI cable on the second day after the Amazon Fire Stick did not work not even once on the very poor TV set. ***The internet did not work until the third day, and even then it was really really slow. We were given two different passwords for two different routers that were slower than roaming LTE.***

You told me that the shower did to work and the shower heat is broke, which was not true. I send someone around and he told me everything is alright. You just saw a change to have a late check out. I was kind to let you stay until 1pm (Check out time was 10am) and you just ignore all my mails. Even on the phone you was not talking to me and put the phone down. Very nice by the way. You left the apartment in a mess. Not a recommend guest. To every host, be careful to accept booking with her.

Love this apartment - very nice, spacious and clean. We also like the residential feel of the neighborhood and the easy access to public transportation. It didn't get dark until after 10 pm, so we had no problem walking around. Plenty of restaurants, a very good bakery, and a pretty good grocery store (Netto) in this neighborhood. Fast response to all of my email from the management before as well as during our stay. Good secured internet. Plenty of hot water for shower. We didn't realize that there was no freezer, so the kids were thrilled that they have to eat the entire box of ice cream. Definitely would stay here again the next time we visit Berlin.

Stunning Loft Apt, excellent transport links
Incredible support and customer care from the owner both ahead of our visit and throughout our stay, including accommodating our early check-in and late check-out. The apartment was smart, clean and well-equipped, with excellent wifi, perfect for myself and 3 children. The location couldn't be better with great transport links to explore this amazing city, as well as a straight through train to Schonefeld airport. We took up the owners offer to arrange our transfer from airport on arrival, which was also smoothly arranged and executed, we then took the train back.

The apartment is not well cleaned and no wifi
It seems they didn't change the bedsheets both in the room and the sofa bed. We found long hair and body hairs on both sheets. The tab is the toilet is broken so we have to wash hands somewhere else after toilet. The kitchen is not well cleaned. There's wifi appears on the connection list but it can never be connected. However, it's a spacious apartment to hangout.

Dejlig stor lejlighed i 2 etager - dog øverst oppe (hvis man er gangbesværet). Super beliggenhed tæt på offentlig transport. Eneste minus var et dårligt fungerende wifi.

・立地がよく、どこに観光に行くにも便利です。 ・チェックイン、チェックアウトが簡単にできます。出発前のホテルへの連絡方法が心配でしたが、Expediaの「旅程」ページ内にある「ホテルにメッセージを送信する（英語だとMessage hotel）」というリンクからメッセージを送れ、そうするとすぐに返信をしてくれます（FAXを送っても連絡は来ませんでした）。 ・アパート周辺からアプローチ、室内に至るまで雰囲気が素敵で、 ベルリンに住んでいる気分にさせてくれます。アパート周辺は静かで安全な雰囲気です。 ・気になった点は、冷蔵庫を開けると魚のような匂いがしたことくらいでした。建物は古いですが、清潔感はあります。 ・初日の途中からお湯が利用できなくなりました。原因がわからず、もしかしたら時間や使用量に制限があるのかもしれないと思い２日目以降は出来るだけ早く、少なくお湯を利用するようにしました。結果的に２日目以降は問題なくお湯を使えました。

Groot appartement op mooie locatie dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Keukenvoozieningen zijn beperkt, vooral bestek. Verder prima verblijf gehad.

Gunstige ligging, ov, winkelcentrum, bakker allemaal om de hoek. Zeer rustig apartement in de stad. Lekkere restaurants in omgeving. Markt op zondag Mauerpark een aanrader. Grote keuken en badkamer. Zeker de moeite waard!

Vi havde en dejlig tur til Berlin, og lejligheden var super dejlig med lille lukket gårdhave med hyggelig sidde område- området er rigtig spændende med masser af lækre restauranter og cykelafstand til midt.. ellers nemt med U-Bahn

Great apartment easy to explore Berlin

Great apartment, but please fix the wifi
Good, spacious apartment in quiet area but close to all the hotspots in Prenzlauer Berg. Could easily fit 6 people, although the double bed upstairs folded out in a strange shape, so thankfully 2 of the 6 were kids who could still sleep on it. Good to be on separate floors with lots of space and privacy. Wifi was unstable at best and not working most of the time.

prima loft
prima loft in een leuke buurt. toen wij aankwamen konden we het appartement in het gebouwd niet vinden. tip loop helemaal door naar achter. door twee tuinen en het laatste gebouw is het. Wi-Fi redelijk goed. keuken echt super. badkamer super. slaapkamer goed . bedbank slecht voor volwassenen. voor kindjes wellicht prima. lekker warm huis ligt in een leuke buurt. 3 minuten van schonhauser allee u en s bahn. genoeg bakkertje en supermarkten in de buurt goede en goedkope Indiër en Italiaan op 3 min lopen. tip. parkeer je auto in schonhauser allee arcade. Dit is 5 euro per dag en staat dan in de parkeergarage.

Glimrende lejlighed!
Virkelig fin lejlighed (især til prisen) med masser af plads! Velholdt, ren, gode senge (omend større folk end min kone og jeg muligvis vil finde dobbeltsengen lidt smal), rimelig stille ejendom, og glimrende central placering i forhold til stort set alt i Prenzlauer Berg. Men også gaderne lige ved og omkring lejligheden rummer i sig selv flere hyggelige steder. Bortset fra at vores 1-årige datter var syg det meste af ugen, kan vi ikke beklage os over noget. Wifi var en smule ustabilt i den ene ende af lejligheden, men det fandt vi ud af leve med! Kontakt med stedet foregik udelukkende via e-mail, men helt problemfrit. Nøglerne henter man i en boks og lægger fra sig i lejligheden bagefter - meget simpelt.

Un Voyage à Berlin réussi
Un Voyage en famille réussi. Avec 2 ainés et deux jeunes enfants, cet appartements était extra. Propre et bien équipé afin de cuisiner...de plus l'accès au transport en commun très facile (métro). Nous avons pris le "shuttle" qui était offert et ce fut une très bonne décision à conseiller sans hésitation. Monica, nous a même aider pour l'entrée dans l'appartement. Merci à toute l'équipe....

Gute Lage in Berlin
Leider hat sich allerdings die hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes als Nachteil herausgestellt. Die Lofts werden in diesem Haus ausschließlich vermietet- dies führt leider zu Schlafmangel, da sich anscheinend nicht alle Gäste daran halten. Ansonsten aber wirklich ansprechend...
