In addition to the separate house entrance, you have your own parking space on the enclosed property under the carport. The property has a very spacious living area with a large sofa area, TV, fireplace and dining area. The hallway area has a spacious built-in closet in which there is plenty of storage space. You will also receive cozy slippers for young and old right after the entrance. Furthermore, in the lower area there is the fully equipped kitchen, the two bath rooms with sauna, tub, shower. The bedrooms are located in the upper area. A separate master bedroom with sitting area, TV, VCR and small balcony. Next to it is the open children's or youth area with 2 140 cm beds, which can be placed as a single, double bed or sofa if required. There is also a small play area with a selection of toys. Due to the open design, occupancy with small children is possible at their own discretion, but no installation of stair guards or other baby safety devices on the stairs. Furthermore, we would like to point out that you have a dog, meaning that the ID "suitable for allergy sufferers" does not apply to our property, despite all cleaning care and efforts! Every animal owner can certainly feel this, even if the animal never enters the room, it cannot be imposed by their own clothing etc. Important, the landlord has a white female family sheepdog. Which lives with on the landlord's property, but if it does not come into contact with the tenants. For dog-loving children, however, like our two own children, it is an in-house 'petting zoo'. The pool and front garden area on the landlord's property is not part of the contract. Its a 5-10 minute walk on a leafy track to local shops, fresh bakeries & a fabulous outdoor pool. Its 10 mins to the Sbahn station with regular trains into the centre of Berlin. We had a great family holiday with our teens exploring the urban jungle & taking time to relax at the pool too. Highly recommend this spot if you want a little space from the city but near enough for lots of adventures. Die S-Bahn liegt sehr nah und man ist fix mitten in Berlin. Wir haben in 11 Tagen nicht einmal das Auto benötigt konnten alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung bzw eigentlich Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Lediglich die Spiele im Obergeschoss müssten mal kontrolliert werden da teilweise nur noch Verpackungen vorhanden waren. Aufgrund der Bauart ist es nicht möglich die Fenster zu verdunkeln. Die SBahn ist fußläufig in 5Minuten zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Inventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung über zwei Ebenen ist sehr gepflegt. Man fühlt sich praktisch wie im eigenen Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht in den Garten. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Unaufdringliche, freundliche Vermieter. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! ##### Andrea N.
