The small holiday house with approx. 50 square meters of living space and a quaint sleeping area under the roof for the young at heart (cozy double bed in the pointed roof with a view through the skylight onto the lake, attention: low ceiling height and ascent via space-saving stairs).

The house has been furnished with high quality and loving care and has an exceptional location. The lakeshore is only a few meters (sometimes only 1.5m) away from the house. In the garden area there are lovingly furnished seating areas, which are located directly on the shore. There is a seating area for up to 6 people on the private jetty.

The house is equipped with an electric underfloor heating and an electric fireplace and can therefore also be used from March to October. The sauna is in the house and can be used comfortably for 4 people.

The Ess. and living area was designed in October 2015 with new furniture. The room is very bright and offers an exceptional view of the water. You almost feel like you're in the lake.

The living / sleeping area is equipped with a high quality, newly acquired box spring double bed and also offers a view of the lake from the bed.

The kitchen is small, but fulfills all the necessary basic requirements for a holiday with an infrared oven, 2-field ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom, consisting of toilet, vanity, shower and heated towel rail, was renovated in 2014.

A carport parking space is available on the property. Another parking space would be possible.
