Each of the staff was very good and helpfull. Breakfast was uniformly excellent. I speak no German, but they were patient. My only issue with stay was that i am big and tall, (180 Kg & 2M) and shower was small, however excellent. I would stay here again, but shower may defer others.

The reception of this hotel closes at 6pm, so if you are arriving after that time, they give you self check in instructions. This is what I did. I was able to get into the lobby after multiple tries, but the lock box they gave me that was supposed to have my key was empty. After calling the hotel (for which I was charged a $15 roaming fee plus long distance charges by the way) I was able to get access to another lock box which held my key. So it was an awful and stressful check in experience, but otherwise the hotel is fine.

Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 1 im Erdgeschoss. Eigentlich sehr schön, nur, dass wir kein dunkles Rollo hatten. Eine Straßenlaterne hat uns die ganze Nacht geblendet. Das sollte nochmal überlegt werden. Vielen Dank.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Preis-Leistung ist gut. Das Hotel ist aus der Blüte schon wieder raus, aber die Zimmer sind ordentlich aufbereitet und das nicht erst vor 40 Jahren. Wenn man ein sauberes, kostengünstiges Plätzchen für die Nacht am Rand von Berlin sucht, ist man hier richtig.

Abzocke!

Hatte Frühzeitig Doppelzimmer gebucht und auch bezahlt. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem 140m Bett unzumutbar für zwei Erwachsene Menschen und 30 Grad draußen.Bin selber seid 20 Jahren in der Reise Branche tätig, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Dies war ein Zimmer für 1 Person und Behinderten gerecht. Ich wollte auf dieses Zimmer ein Preisnachlass.Die Chefin war wohl im Urlaub, ich bekam auf meine zwei Mails keine Antwort oder Stellungnahme. Sehr traurig, denn die Angestellten haben wirklich versucht alles gut zu machen es gab zum Abschied sogar ein Flasche Wein, trotzdem waren die Nächte unzumutbar und man hatte das Gefühl man wurde Abgezockt!!

2 night stay.

The area behind this hotel is lovely! Although it is not close to the Center of Berlin. It is about 20 minutes by car and by taxi costs roughly 30 euro. The train station is not far but again you are Far East so it does take a good 40 mins to get into the Center including the walk to the station. The hotel itself is good for a couple of days. No air conditioning. When the windows are left open expect a lot of flies to be hovering in the room. They do provide a fly swat. A bit annoying. We were only there for short periods of time and kept the window closed. Next time we would stay more central. By tram and bus it is about 1 hr to the airport. And it is easy. The train system is very good. Just do your research on it before visiting Berlin. It is the best way to get around town. Berlin itself it beautiful with great food places. Price wise. We can’t complain.
