The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. It was walkable to Potsdamer Platz (10 mins) and public transport (2 mins). There are good cafes nearby in the early morning. Also seems like it is in a residential area so it's quiet unless an ambulance or firetruck drives by with their alarms on as the property is by a semi-busy road. Grimm's is 5-7 minutes from two different U-Bahn stations that provide both North/South and East/West city transportation. The room was very clean and functional. With the windows closed noise is at a minimum. The staff is very friendly. The Wi-Fi works and is fast.
