This home is beautifully decorated and shows pride of ownership. You'll love the open floor plan while still having a second living area and loft to get away. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations and there is wi-fi for those of you who must "stay connected". The community of Ocean Pines is conveniently located to Ocean City, Assateague Island, historic Berlin and Salisbury. It is the perfect location for families with sporting events in Salisbury, looking to enjoy the numerous local golf courses or wanting to be strategically located for all the area has to offer. The community has 5 swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, several lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, parks with playgrounds, boat launches and plenty of fishing. There are plenty of nearby activities for the family to enjoy, such as fantastic restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and a water park to name a few. For the adults, there is plenty of outlets for shopping and the Ocean Downs Casino is a short drive away. Don't forget to plan a night watching the harness races! It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished, located at the end of a canal—it felt like staying in a private little harbor. The layout is perfect for two families or one large family, with plenty of spaces to hang out, including a big deck and a screened porch. If you have a boat, you could even tie up right outside.A couple of things to keep in mind: trash and recycling are collected Monday and Thursday, and when we arrived on Monday afternoon, the bins were full and hadn’t been picked up. Also, the checkout list was longer and more involved than we would have expected given the cleaning fee, which required extra time and effort before leaving.Overall, it’s a lovely property with a fantastic location, and we’d definitely recommend it for a family getaway. ##### Elizabeth S.
