The train and tram station and two supermarkets are only 200m away. The main living area has double bed (160x200), a stylish couch that can be converted into a single bed (120x192), and a wardrobe. The big windows overlooking the street are equipped with electric shutters that you can close during the night in order to make the room nice and dark. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including an oven and hub, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a bar with 3 bar stools where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your breakfast. There is tea, coffee, salt and sugar. The apartment does not have a TV, that's why we recommend bringing a laptop. We are happy to share our Netflix account. The bathroom is newly furnished and has a walk in shower, sink, towel heater and a hair dryer. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been lovingly renovated and converted from a former travel agency. Since it is located in a commercial space, it is legally allowed and does not take away living space from Berlin residents. So you can stay here without having a bad conscious about contributing to the city's housing issues. GARDEN A sunny garden is at the rear of the building that you may use at any time. It is not directly adjacent to the apartment, but it can be accessed via the building’s main entrance. BABY COT Available for a fee. INTERNET Available via wifi. LINEN & TOWELS Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered 1 week prior to your arrival. EASY ACCESS: The apartment is located on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible, without heavy doors in the way, or steps to climb. CITY TAX All private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay online. If you are less keen on long walks, public transport is only 200 meters away from the apartment and will take you to Alexanderplatz, the centre and public transport hub of East Berlin, within 10 or so minutes. Modern und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist verkehrstechnisch super gelegen, die nächste Tram die zum zentralen Alexanderplatz führt ist nur eine Minute weg. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Auch ein Edeka der bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat, ist um die Ecke. Die Zentrale Lage führt aber zu einem stärkeren Lärmaufkommen, da die Wohnung ebenerdig direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Fenster isolieren ausgezeichnet, da man aber im Sommer um offene Fenster nicht herum kommt muss man sich auf Straßenlärm gewöhnen was uns gut gelungen ist. Wenn es sehr heiß ist wird es in der Wohnung aber schwierig und ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Klimagerät wäre wünschenswert ist aber nicht vorhanden. ##### Thomas L.
