Good value. The Chinese restaurant below was fun! We couldn’t get any lights other than the bathroom lights to work. Good place to stay for access to BER airport.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly but thats about everything the hotel has going for it. I honestly don't get it: How can you built a hotel with absolutely NO HEATING in the bathrooms? It was freezing and we were told to leave the bathroom door open but the extractor fan was very noisy 24/7 (it never stopped!) and the door was in the way because the room was very small. Also, the aircon that was supposed to heat the room just wasn't strong enough to heat the bathroom as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well and drinks in the hotel were overpriced (half litre bottle of Coke for 4 Euros!!).

The worst place ever the receptionist guy with his tie thinks he owns the world you talk to him the most respectful way he has the worset attitude ever always angry. You need room service you have to beg them to do it during my 3 days stay I ran out of toilet papers and clean towels they don't do room service way too expensive for its price and the rude staff who work thrre.

Campanile was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Location is close to the airport, but not a long ride to the center of Berlin. The staff was extremely kind and beyond helpful. Would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin!

I booked a larger bed and thought I had paid for one according to y booking, unfortunately, it was a single bed. This is a problem for me as I suffer from a bad back. In addition, the hotel experienced a fire in the kitchen and had to evacuate the hotel for few hours. Fortunately, everyone was OK however, I suffered from a cold for 2 weeks afterwards.

We stayed 2 separate nights and both were awful. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I asked for an additional pillow and they wanted to charge me 7.5 euro! No water in the room and 2.5 euro for tiny bottles with no twist cap so you can't open them. The room is cramped. The bed hard. The pillows flat. 1 soap for hair/body. The staff mean. And not a cheap stay either. Too many other options to ever stay here again. Stay away.

Our room wasn't very clean. There were smears of something on the wall and some maybe spilled paint on the carpet. We only stayed one night and it did the job.

Checked in and asked the clerk about transportation. He was rude and not helpful. No water in the rooms. He sold us 2 small bottles for 5 euro and didn't take the bottle caps off so when we went to drink them in the night, we couldn't open them. The room is so tiny, you hit the tv when you're getting dressed. Super flat pillows.

Hard to get to from the train and far from the city, but very close to the airport and very quiet. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. AC in the room but you must use your key to operate the power in the room, so when we came back it was hot. Overall a good spot and cheap shuttle to the airport that starts at 4am.

Stained, dirty carpet in the room. Foul smell in the room and in the corridors. We did not stay. I felt uncomfortable laying in the bed and taking my shoes off. It was that bad.

Quick check-in, helpful staff, free parking in the street right outside. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, fantastic view of Berlin. Excellent value for money.

stayed here for 2 nights. the staff were really helpful with rebooking due to a flight delay in London beautiful hotel, quiet location and great transport links. Only thing is the buses stop at 10pm so we had to get an uber from the station to the hotel.

I chose this property based upon a number of factors, and to say that it did not live up to my expectations would be an understatement. The positive, several staff members were incredible, and went out of their way to help me. The hotel was nice, and the accommodation isn’t awful. The negative, housekeeping repeatedly didn’t clean the room despite putting the sign out stating to clean the room (being there for 7 days made this very frustrating), for the price that was paid, the room should have been cleaned more than 0 times, there are also no laundry facilities, and it is very far outside of the city, but it’s proximity to the airport, and to the train station is ideal. I would stay again if it cost less.

Be aware that the shuttle from or to the airport will cost €12 each way or €20 for two people. It’s cheaper to get a taxi. The 2nd floor is is looking straight into the parking lot so no privacy with open curtains.
