Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und mit Designermöbeln, einer offenen Einbauküche, einem Duschbad, einer Türsprechanlage mit Kamera und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. There is a washer-dryer and cleaning utensils in the hallway, which is shared with the other flat opposite. A small smart TV and wifi are available. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Max 2 Person can sleep in this apartment.

Terrific Location steps from everything!

The property was in a terrific location mere steps from two U-Bahn stations and a major street that got you anywhere. The check in process was a bit confusing, as it was self-service and although I was provided instructions, it was difficult to find the correct door to enter the actual studio suite. The space was as advertised although it could use a bit of freshening (paint, etc.) to make it again what it can be. It was extremely clean and large enough for one or two persons. It was equipped with the essentials as to cutlery, dishware, and the like. It was nice and quiet even with windows open for airflow. There is a shared clothes washing machine but no dryer (even though indicated in the advertisement). Overall, though, the location made up for any deficiencies.
