Located on a Canal, 57 Wood Duck sleeps 8 adults and 2 children only between 3 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa, has both spectacular Indoor and Outdoor Living, AND comes with a Private Dock. There’s even a Garage with Games and entertainment for everyone in your family including Air Hockey, Kayaks and Fishing Poles! (Garage not available for parking) And with the perfect layout for family to reconnect, it should be at the very top of your OCMD Vacation list! Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Playgrounds, a Library, Restaurants, Golf and Walking Trails. Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the Home. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. \*This home is available Friday to Friday in Season\* Whether you're a Nature Lover, Boater, Fisherman, or Sunset Seeker, 57 Wood Duck will delight you from beginning to end. Situated on a quiet street in the much loved Ocean Pines Community, you're tucked away from the crowds of OC, but the action is still just a hop, skip, and jump away. The main Living Area is a Beautiful open space with plenty of seating on the plush Sofa (also a sleeper sofa) - a fabulous space to relax and enjoy the Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi, and Central AC after a long day of fun in the sun! You can relax in the AC or slip out to the Waterfront Patio area and take in the salty sweet Bay Breeze. Just off the Living Area is the Primary Dining Room with plenty of space for family meals in, or you can dine with water views out in the Sunroom with another Dining Table, plus a Sitting area with an abundance of natural light from the wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. The spacious Kitchen, with breakfast table, will delight the chef in your family. It’s clear nothing has been overlooked in this Kitchen, making mealtime super easy. You're also sure to love the spacious 2nd Living Area with a cozy leather couch and Flat Screen TV. The Primary Bedroom, just off the Living Area, is luxurious with a cozy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Vaulted Ceilings, and direct access to the Waterfront Patio. Just imagine slipping out with a glass of your favorite Vino to stargaze after everyone else has drifted off to sleep. The Attached Bath is a glorious retreat with a large Custom Tile Walk-In Shower. You can fish or crab from your Private Dock, or relax and hang out with those who matter most and enjoy the water Views. Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. However, the house could have been cleaner. Master shower did not look like it was cleaned. Trash was overflowing in the can in the driveway and littered on the yard.
