"I loved the property and the amenities. I have been coming to Ocean City over 25 years, I have never paid for early access at any other resort/hotel. We arrived 58 minutes prior to check in and were going to be charged a $50 fee. That needs to be changed especially if it is under an hour."

"The air conditioning was too loud when it turned on and shut off. Disturbed sleep. The trim was off behind the bathroom door and you saw dirt and stuff every time you used the toilet. There was paper/ card in the hinge of the bathroom door to keep it tight. The useless vent above the tub was filthy. ..."
