You get vouchers for a couple local places and parking pass which is very nice to have especially in the summer season. One night we came back to fresh baked cookies which were a delicious surprise! "We asked several times for a late checkout. I even messaged the hotel and my request went unanswered or dismissed several times. Mira was rude when I asked her again the night before check out. She basically waved me off and dismissed my complaint then told my partner to call in the morning and request a late check out. The gentleman who answered my call this morning told me it was my fault I didn't receive a response regarding my request and gave me only 30 minutes extra instead of an additional hour. The staff are just rude, incompetent, and lack basic customer service skills. Do better if you want to keep occupants coming."

"Rooms are very spacious. Beds are very comfy and bathroom was spacious. Porch was full of bird poop when we check in. They will also charge you 19.99 a day for parking that is not disclosed when you book through a 3rd party so be aware of that. "
