### Apartment 'Vixen' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The “VIXEN” apartment, approximately 55 m², can accommodate up to 4 guests. Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A wooden dining table invites you to enjoy family meals and share delicious dishes, with direct access to a private terrace complete with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. Beds are made upon arrival for your comfort. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.  
  
Just 7 minutes from Bergerac, nestled in a lush green setting, Domaine de La Forestine welcomes you for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre. Choose from on of our 3 Gites : Stag (6 person), Hare (5 person) or Vixen (4 person). Surrounded by nearly 3 hectares of countryside, it offers three independent apartments where peace and nature reign. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong and, with a bit of luck, spot deer or hares passing by.  
  
  
  
Outside, enjoy a 10x5m fenced swimming pool with countryside views, sun loungers, a shaded terrace with dining area and lounge set, and a game area with billiards, ping-pong, darts, badminton, and a pétanque court—all shared with other guests on the property.  
  
Ideally located to explore the Dordogne, the estate is just minutes from the Monbazillac vineyards and château, the historic center of Bergerac, and the Pombonne lake, perfect for a walk or swim.
