A drying area is also available. In the heart of the island of Ruegen in Bergen, you will find our house and our apartment, centrally located, yet remote in a nice residential area. The market of our small city can be reached in 3 minutes. There you will find the Marienkirche, the cloister, boutiques, cafes and restaurants with breakfast options. You live in the immediate vicinity of a large forest area with an observation tower, open-air theater, climbing forest, summer toboggan run, mini golf and children's playground, and trails to small Jasmund. The famous festival are just 5 km away from us. In the house is an occupancy for 8 people (7 adults and 1 child up to 2 years) possible, but only for max 2-3 nights, so you feel comfortable as a guest in our house. Wer sich hier über diese schöne Unterkunft negativ meldet, sollte eher zuhause bleiben. Vom Ort selber: tolle Lage, extrem ruhig und trotzdem per pedes in fünf Minuten am Markt. Gastgeber superfreundlich, Gartenbereich eine grüne Oase. Man bekommt kein Heimweh und würde gern länger bleiben. Die besagte Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Hindernis. Gäste mit Übergewicht, Senioren oder kleinen Kindern, haben hier Probleme. In der Beschreibung fehlen die Küchenutensilien, der Toaster, Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine. Ist aber alles vorhanden. Der kleine Hinweis zum Energiesparen wird eventuell einigen Gästen nicht gefallen, aber das ist nun mal so. Daheim wird doch auch immer darauf geachtet. Ich würde als Vermieter die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wegfallen lassen, um den Superpreis für diese Unterkunft halten zu können. Die Blümchen kosten auch Geld. Das sieht nicht jeder!
