We loved Federica and Massimo. They were so helpful with all our questions and such gracious hosts. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and everything very clean. Good location, too.

Wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Friendly hosts and lovely clean, comfortable room, with a very comfy bed. Self sevice breakfast was nice. Well positioned for exploring and good restaurants & bars nearby. Rooms are up on 2nd floor so worth noting if an issue but otherwise would recommend. Thanks.

The property was very clean, location was close to all amenities, if I had to make one comment was the breakfast area was lovely but if there was another guest or guest in the breakfast room it was difficult to manoeuvre or sit without feeling you were imposing on the other guest. We skipped breakfast the first morning. It felt awkward. Not sure how that would go other than sit in your room. Not a complaint just a comment.

Das B&B war vom Bahnhof in Bergamo zu Fuß in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar und sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll gestaltet und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Mama und der Papa von den Besitzern haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns einige Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Nähe gegeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon! Grazie mille! :)

Great location OK room

The Lucia B&B had great location between old town and newer pedestrian walk. The room was clean. The room was too hot and the supposed floor AC did not cool. It was also stuffy because there were no windows we could open.

We had a stressful drive from Venice and on arrival our host seemed annoyed that we were late. She took an extra €10 from us as a penalty for being late (but did not include this in the receipt). We felt that she was very businesslike and her main interest was the money aspect. What she did not tell us until after we had paid the bill - and only by text message - was that people/strangers would be coming into the apartment early the next morning to collect and deliver dirty/clean bedlinen and towels. They arrived and let themselves in with their own key while we were washing and dressing. We felt that it was an intrusion on our privacy - but we were especially annoyed that we were not told in advance and that the host expected us to accommodate her cleaners schedule - but that she took €10 extra from us for being late. It is not about the money, it was her attitude that we did not appreciate. The kitchen is tiny, no room for a table to sit and eat together. Otherwise the apartment was clean and pleasant and the location is very central, however there is a lot of street noise both at night and early in the morning as people queue early to visit Juliet's balcony just beside the apartment. Overall a mediocre experience.

B&B Santa Lucia is located neer Bergamo Airport (BGY) which was perfect for us. We hade the pleasuer to enjoy the old city of Bergamo the night berfor departuer back home and that was fantastic! Household were very helpfull and welcoming, although we were charged an extra of 10 Euros for parking in thier parking lot. Another difficulty is the absance of a lift in the bulding. we had to carry all lugage up yo the 2nd flor by feet.
