Beachfront Studio with Modern Amenities in Berck

On the ground floor of a secure luxury residence located on the waterfront, superb studio tastefully renovated including:

- An entrance with cupboards.
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink.
- A living room with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed. (dimensions 140x190)
- A fitted/equipped kitchen area.

Equipment: Television, washing machine, microwave.

Pets are not allowed.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.
