The location of the apartment is very good and has bus and metro to the old town and airport. The check in was okay but it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned at 5:30 when I checked it. I sent a message to the hotel using the Expedia APP and they apologised and said they didn’t have my phone number to let me know. They could send me a message using the Expedia chat and really don’t think it is fair for them to use this excuse. A cleaner was cleaning the other room and he said my room would be cleaned in 2 hours. Then I left the room and came back at 8:15 am. Another cleaner was cleaning the room and he needed 10 more mins to mop the floor. The room was ready at 8:30 pm. I don’t think it is acceptable where the check in time is from 3pm. The room was clean and the cleaners did their good job. The problem is they don’t have enough cleaner and poor communication with residents. They use laminated flooring throughout the bedroom and dining room. It’s nosiy if there is someone moving things above you.

Perfectly positioned beneath the open sky, the jacuzzi became a daily ritual of pure relaxation. Our children were especially enchanted by Kira, the gentle dog who greeted us each morning and quickly became a cherished little friend, adding warmth, joy, and an extra touch of magic to our stay. What truly elevated the experience was the hospitality. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and grace,attentive without ever intruding ensuring that every moment felt seamless, thoughtful, and sincerely cared for. The location strikes a perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and easy access when needed. VinoChalets is more than a place to stay, it is a refined retreat where nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality come together in perfect harmony. A sanctuary for slowing down, reconnecting, and savoring the beauty of simplicity. Highly recommended, and without a doubt.

While it took me a while to figure out where the apartment was (I could not find the adresses on the buildings - my fault). The unit is very clean and quiet. Definitely would stay again!

Very quiet, clean room, good breakfast. Good location, walking distance to sites. Friendly staff.
