Lovely, clean hotel

The hotel was in a perfect location; not too close to the center of the city yet close enough to walk to it easily. The room was cozy and spacious, and the food was very good. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found both meals to be excellent. This is a family-run hotel with owners who clearly care deeply about the property. Everything was clean and well cared for. Parking was a little tricky but we managed fine.

La barrière de la langue (comme souvent en Albanie) est un peu gênante parfois [=] Un petit problème de lavabo rapidement réparé par le patron [!!-!!] Petit déjeuner servi à la table et qui sort de la cuisine au compte goutte, café ou thé servi à la tasse: long temps d'attente, produits pas forcément souhaités (ex: beignet de pain frit, saucisse,...), .. Il vaudrait mieux prévoir un buffet pour les boissons et produits de base (pain, confiture, beurre, fruits et légumes) et offrir à la demande les produits cuisinés (œufs, omelettes, beignet de pain frit, saucisse, etc)

El desayuno era a las 8, ( tarde para ser Albania) y cuando bajé alli no había nadie. Justo entraron los empleados por la puerta. Les dije que llevaba prisa que me iba al aeropuerto, que solo queria unas tostadas y un cafe, a las 8 y media salia por la puerta con un cafe y sin desayunar. El hotel tiene un bar abajo y ponen música que estaba demasiado alta y no dejaba dormir.

O quarto (quádruplo) é exatamente como nas fotos. Estava limpo, mas encontramos uma traça. Nosso quarto era no terceiro andar e o hotel não tem elevador. O hotel fica a uns 10 minutos andando da parte principal de Berat. O café da manhã foi extremamente decepcionante.
