Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes. Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.

Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1\. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc. Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay.

The hotel was affordable, and the staff was very nice and spoke enough English that I was able to check in/out easily. However, the facility was not as glamourous as expected, the sheets and towels were worn and had holes, and the shower head was older, so the water stream was not the best. But overall, it did exactly what we needed and was close to shopping and the metro!
