Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was es zum Frühstücken, aber auch zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Das Auto findet ebenso kostenlosen Platz wie das E-Bike. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur, der idyllische Ausblick auf den Balmer See und der Privatzugang zur Liegewiese und zum See runden den unbeschwerten Aufenthalt in der Residenz am Balmer See noch ab.
