The beach, Markgrafenheide, Graal Müritz, Warnemünde, the overseas harbour and Rostock are not far away. The holiday flat is surrounded by greenery and is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock, in the direction of Markgrafenheide beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + max. 2 children). The holiday flat has its own terrace with 4 x seating, parasol, sun lounger, a private playground with tree house sandpit and a barbecue area + fireplace. The flat is approx. 46m² in size.
