"Friendly staff, great location and fun activities."

"Shabby room in desperate need of updating. The air conditioning rattles louder than the local train line behind the hotel making it difficult sleep and there is no ceiling fan to keep cool as an alternative. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. The water is not drinkable, yet they only give you 2 small bottles...

"It’s currently a building site. The rooms are very expensive for what they are. Internet didn’t work. Next to railway line so quite noisy "

"We had a lovely stay at the Riverside Inn Fuji. The room was huge and immaculately clean with great air-conditioning. The grounds were also well maintained in a picturesque setting by the river. The pool was a nice bonus."

"The architecture and gardens are a stand out feature of this hotel located on a quiet section of Bentota Beach ( separated by a railway line which you cross on foot!). Staff are efficient and courteous "

"Henry the owner is the perfect host. Staff were very caring and helpful! Pool is great! Food was one of the highlights. Fantastic wildlife in the garden with parrot, fish, fire flies, chip monks and lizards. Mosquito free veranda. Tuc, tuc and van available anytime. Wonderful beach only 2 min tuk tuk ride away. Best relaxing holiday we have had in 2 months of traveling."
