Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating, a fireplace, a selection of books, and a desk space. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal or just a great cup of coffee. In the sunroom you'll find more seating and a mini bar! Spend time outside in fully fenced in backyard with cozy seating, gas grill, and dining table. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms: (1) Located downstairs, bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, closet, and attached en suite bathroom. (2) Located upstairs, bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. (3) Located upstairs, bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, closet, Smart TV, and nearby bathroom. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. The Neighborhood: Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.
