Interesting floor plan - when you enter, there are two steps down to the laundry area and master bedroom and bathroom. There is a stairway up to the main living area, which has an open family room to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and spices to prepare a meal. There is a large TV in the family room that gets all the cable channels. The television in the master bedroom is hooked up to Apple TV. You cannot watch live tv without paying, but you can watch archived shows. The beach is 4 blocks away. There is a lookout area and nice stairs to the beach. The beach is white sand and no rocks or seaweed. My sons played in the lake for hours every day. The town is also 4 blocks away with cute shops and restaurants. My youngest son brought his rollerblades and used them often. It was a very relaxing trip. I enjoyed going for walks and looking at all the different homes. All the homes are custom; no two are alike. There are a lot of rental properties in the area, but every day was quiet and peaceful. There weren't any college kids partying; lots of families with children. My full deposit was returned the day after checking out. The deck area in the back needs to be re-stained and the plants are overgrown, but that's not a big deal. ##### Nancy D. The 13 stairs getting to main level were a surprise, but we adapted. Grandpa has Parkinson’s so had we known about those stairs, we wouldn’t have reserved.
