"This was a beautifully decorated, very clean property that was very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a short walking distance from Bentleigh shopping centre and station, so is easily accessible by public transport. The bedroom and living area were lovely and sunny. We will be back again!"

"Good place to stay for a weekend"

"We absolutely loved staying here! So relaxing, private & gorgeous inside & the outdoor areas. Highly recommended!"

"The attention to details and cleanliness of the place is among the best I have seen in stays. Very responsive host and comfortable stay. Would recommend the place."

"Lovely set up. Yes - the sound of the road is loud, but they do provide 2 sets of foam earplugs and you can drown it out with some white noise playing on your phone or a machine. The drying part of the washer/dryer combo didn’t work initially; however, response to the issue was extremely prompt. They had someone come out and look at it in an attempt to fix, but they were very transparent that it may not have fixed but to try again and get back in touch if still broken. Alas, the attempt to fix...

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay in an ensuite room level 3. Staff members were super friendly and helpful. Very handy for public transport and close to some nice cafes and pubs. The building is old with a lot of character ( it’s worth noting that there is no lift and so make sure you pack light if you’re going to be on the 3rd floor. Definitely recommend and will be back 😊"
