It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 686 m². The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, at the end of a dead end street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Restaurant or barbecue? Discovering or relaxing? All the possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification. Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 10 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private underground car park, which can accommodate one vehicle.
