Renovated in 2015 (electricity, paintings, bay windows), it has a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms of 13 and 9 m2, a bathroom and separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with a bed of 160 and the second with two beds of 90\. The apartment has many closets in the lobby and hallway. Towels and sheets provided. A 5th sleeping (sofa bed of 1.10 m) is available in the living room (bedding not provided). Located on the second floor with elevator, it has a balcony with a small sea view and not overlooked. Installation électrique qui pose questions (boîte à fusibles sous l'évier) Equipements inexistants (wifi, certains ustensiles de cuisines...) ou défectueux (stores, certains électroménagers essentiels comme cafetière, éclairage...)
