Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows First floor \- 12 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. \- Bedroom 1: bunk bed with two single beds (90x190) \- Bathroom with shower and WC First floor \- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) \- Bathroom with bath and WC Outside : \- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September). \- A 6 m² sea-view balcony with a table and sixchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
