Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. The accommodation comprises \- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and closet \- Bathroom with walk-in shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
