Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this apartment for rent in the town of Bénodet, with a sea view, 20 m from the beach, with a surface area of 37 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor with lift access, it comprises a 37 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 37 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190), separated from the living area by a curtain.  
\- A mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed (140×190), accessible by a ladder, with low ceilings (not suitable for sitting).  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A covered terrace of approximately 7 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
