### Amazing family villa Milemare with private pool, barbecue, playground

This beautiful family villa is located in the town of Pristeg, a settlement in the municipality of Benkovac, which is only 15 km away from the Vrana Lake Nature Park.  
  
Villa Milemare is ideal for families and groups of friends and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, while the fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the ground floor. What will delight you the most is the outdoor space, which certainly has no shortage of content. The central point is the private pool, which is surrounded by deckchairs, and there is also a covered lounge area for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, as well as a covered dining set and a grill for preparing traditional Mediterranean specialties. The villa also offers a long balcony with a beautiful view of the vast greenery and table football. There is no shortage of fun for the whole family in Villa Milemare. In addition to table football, there is also table tennis and board games, and in the garden, there is also a playground for children and a large green area where children and parents can enjoy having fun.

#### Traumurlaub

Wir hatten im Juli/August drei wundervolle Wochen mit unseren vier Kinder im Alter zwischen 8 - 14 Jahren an diesem Ort. Haus, Grundstück und Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge ans Meer, in die umliegenden Nationalparks oder bezaubernde Städte wie Zadar, Šibenik oder auch Split. Der Gastgeber ist extrem nett und sehr hilfsbereit, er war immer erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten: Viel Platz, tolle Ausstattung in Küche und Bad, für jeden ein (klimatisiertes) Schlafzimmer, mit Tisch, Spiegel und Leselampen, ein sensationell riesiger Pool mit so vielen Luftmatratzen wie man sich nur wünschen kann, in den Beeten schöne Blumen, ausreichend Liegen und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Perfekt!
