Villa is located in quiet relaxing place, a natural oasis, stargazing in private secluded pool. This is an old charm 300 years old stone house with modern twist. Has all modern benefits for relaxing and enjoying your stay in Croatia. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large garden with private pool. The interiors are nicely furnished in a modern style. Property is surrounded by walls so you will have total privacy.

Close proximity to shops less than 5 minutes, number of old cities close drive within 20-30 minutes. 5 National Parks and many natural reserves between 30 min to 1 h drive. Access to Adriatic sea in multiple locations from 15 min to 30 min drive. Mountains, old pre-historic sites-ancient hillfort settlement they are all less than 1 hour drive.

Lovely relaxing private property
We had a wonderful relaxing two weeks, it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in quite a remote area (which is exactly what we wanted) so you need a car but it is a great base for exploring around the Zadar area. The owner was very prompt and helpful and left us to enjoy our stay. The pool is lovely and private and the inside of the property was perfect for us (family of four). Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing.

Leider stimmt die Ortsangabe im Inserat nicht mit der tatsächlichen Adresse überein. Lana war aber sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns unterwegs aufgegabelt und zum Haus begleitet. Als wir da waren, war alles Bestens.

Alors je vais essayer de synthétiser mais cela risque d’être dur et de rester objectif. Tout d’abord l’adresse du lieu de la villa pas la bonne sur l’annonce il a fallut se battre avec l’agence zadar villa pour avoir la bonne adresse. Ensuite la villa : la piscine tout d’abord nous sommes en plein mois d’août il fait 35 degrés essayez même pas de vous mettre dans la piscine vous n’y arriverez pas déjà à l’arrivé il a fallut dire à la pseudo femme de ménage qu’il fallait faire un flash chlore car impossible d’y mettre une orteil l’eau avait viré et la piscine degueulasse. Le logement Oulala !!!! La salle de bain fuite d’eau partout, la cuisine les spots d’éclairage, Pete les uns après les autres il a fallut appeler la femme de ménage afin qu’elle fasse intervenir un électricien croate biensur les spots dégageaient de la fumée !!! Oui de la fumée !! Ça a faillit prendre feu. Prévoyez de la vaisselle si par malheur vous louée cette « villa » complètement perdu dans le maquis croate ou tout autour il n’y a que des ruines. La literie parlons en une véritable catastrophe Bon je vais arrêtez là mais en clair faite comme le train passez votre chemin pour la location de cette villa. A tout de même 2000€/ la semaine Et je ne vous parle pas de l’agence zadar villa et de tomislav.

War ein schöner Urlaub.
Das Haus ist schön, der Pool auch. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Natürlich sind hier und da Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte. Die Außenanlage ist super. Leider ist die Lage des Hauses nicht optimal.

Toller Urlaub
Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig gelegen so dass man abschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Das Haus und der Pool + Außenanlagen sind super. Bis zum Strand nach Biograd waren es ca. 25 min mit dem Auto was uns aber vorher bekannt war und wir es als nicht schlimm empfanden. Wir habe dies gleich mit einem Einkauf bei Lidl verbunden. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub, aber etwas abseits
Richtiger schöner Außenbereich, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im Haus war es sauber und schön, allerdings war die Küche etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Die Lage hätte besser sein können. Bis Zadar sind es 40 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille
Maison très propre, intérieur comme extérieur. 2 chambres éloignées permettant l’intimité de tous. Cuisine bien équipée. De nombreux placards. Chambres spacieuses. Literie confortable. Bonne pression de douche. Piscine avec escalier permettant aux enfants d’y accéder progressivement. Douche extérieure. Benkovac n’a pas grand intérêt en soi + accueil très froid des commerçants et des locaux mais emplacement pratique pour visiter. Tapez Outback holidays pour trouver sinon votre gps ne trouve pas l’adresse donnée.
