Awful !!
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this property.
The apartment information is extremely misleading. I arrived shortly after 19:30, but there was nobody there. The entrance was locked, and there was no reception or any clear instructions provided. I waited outside until 21:00, standing alone on a dark street, which made me feel very unsafe. With no way to access the apartment or contact anyone successfully, I was forced to book another hotel at my own expense and leave.
To make matters worse, the management was completely unhelpful and dishonest. I paid for a taxi from the airport to the apartment, and despite the fact that I was unable to access the property due to their failure, they refused to refund my payment. Instead, they made excuses and would not take responsibility for the situation.
This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

This hotel is sooo beautifully decorated , you feel you are walking in a magazine fir interior decorators!
Highly recomnended. Beautiful staff.
Evn the tiny swimming pool is a uniwue experience not to be missed.
