"Really lovely hotel. Room was very spacious and clean and the balcony looked out onto the sea- very beautiful. Small pool area but really nice, and access to the sea directly opposite. The location was great- not in the town centre but within walking distance (30 min) or a short bus trip away. Breakfast and dinner were lovely and varied. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!"

"This hotel was really wonderful and excellent value. It's tucked away so you don't get the noise from the road, but from my room on the second floor it overlooked the buildings in front and gave a wonderful sea view and views of the mountains further down the coast. The room was simple but clean and well presented. Maybe a little dated but that's fine. There was very good air conditioning. The balcony was large with the aforementioned views and a rack for drying towels, and some tables and chairs. The room had a fridge, TV and hairdryer, and the bathroom had soaps and shower gel/shampoo in a dispenser. My only small issues were that there was only one bin in the room and that was for toilet paper - maybe a separate one for the room itself would've been nice, but there was a bin outside so I just put the rubbish in that. Also the shower head was strange - it was powerful but with only a few jets of water. But these are two very minor things. The WiFi worked well. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff. On check in they could not do enough for me, even walked me to my room and showed me how to use everything. They were happy to give recommendations and said hi every day when I left and when I came back. And I was a solo traveler so having those interactions was a nice touch. Also there is a shop right outside and restaurants close and the beach is just across the main road. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would definitely come back. Thank you Arches :)"

"This is by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to (and I am a frequent traveller). The nature is outstanding and they really take care of the outdoor surroundings. The hotel itself is not a 5* one, I would say a 4* (the main building needs a bit refreshed to get a 5* status), and the staff needs a bit more training for that to be credited 5*. While we had an amazing experience and a wonderful welcome that we very much appreciated (a birthday cake and champagne upon arrival), there were tiny aspects that made me see why itțs not at 5* yet. Some of the staff in the breakfast/dining area were kind of rude (because at the start of breakfast there were not enough staff and those present were running around quite stressed). On our last day we had to leave early to the airport and we did not know that we had to book an early breakfast so we were there at 07:20 (the breakfast starts at 07:30 - very late for such a resort with so many people!) and even though most of the food was displayed and we told them that we did not know about the booking of an early breakfast we were shouted at that we should not touch the food. This kind of attitude is incompatible with any hotel rated 4* and above.. I would say book the hotel for its nature, for the beach, for the absolutely fantastic surroundings, but do not expect it to be a perfect 5* hotel. "

"We would like to thank Tryp team who hosted us with all their great hospitality , which made our honeymoon very memorable. The hotel's breakfast was very good, we took advantage of the massage and sauna services, we were very pleased, the location was very good since we had a car, it was very close to both the Old Town and popular beaches by car. The whole team was very friendly and helpful, but we would especially like to thanks Nikos for his suggestions he shared with us and his pleasant conversation."

"The hotel on the outside looks very grand inside the reception area and dining area looks lovely but the rooms let it down tbh the room was a good size it’s just the little details that need to be addressed with the repairs the bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it the side of the beds need to be replaced the bathroom was a good size with amenities of ur a plane spotter it’s the ideal place to stay at the bottom of the runway balcony facing the pool and runway the hotel staff were excellent very helpful and friendly the beds were comfy and pillows aswell think the air con could be better there is a bus stop right outside the hotel catch the 2A to town roughly 20 mins and the buses run every 20 mins get ur ticket from the little supermarket €1.20 each way!!! Fully recommend paid €20 for a taxi from the airport roughly 10mins breakfast was a good choice and plenty to choose from and plenty of seating I was fully impressed considering what I paid for it for 1 night little shops and restaurants by the hotel "
