Great location rooms are basic but clean

The hotel location was perfect.the staff was very friendly but were not happy about the room it was smelling bad I don’t know what is that kind of old or moldy. There was a leak coming from the upper room right above the bed ,I talked to the guy in front desk he suggested if we can move but it was too late at night and was our last night any way.

Absolutely. For 1,500 characters, I’d keep only the strongest points and cut anything that feels repetitive. This version should fit comfortably: I wanted to leave an honest and balanced review. The front desk staff were generally friendly, and one employee gave me helpful recommendations about local restaurants, attractions, and safety in the area. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and housekeeping made the stay very uncomfortable. At check-in, I was told not to turn off the AC and to request a blanket if I became cold. The room was around 61°F when I arrived. When I raised the temperature, condensation developed and the hard tile floor became sticky and slippery enough that I nearly fell. I also noticed dark buildup or growth inside the AC vents, dark spotting on the bathroom ceiling, and pink residue around the bathtub. I cannot confirm exactly what these substances were, but the room clearly needed deeper cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. Housekeeping was another major issue. Guests must specifically request service, which I did before leaving for the day. When I returned around 11 PM, the room had not been serviced and I had no fresh towels. Staff later told me the room had not been serviced since Saturday. The staff were polite, but I would not stay here again unless the cleanliness, ventilation, flooring, and housekeeping issues are addressed.

The rooms were clean and comfy…the staff was excellent very attentive and helpful. Swim bar was great long days under the sun with drinks.
