Villa with sea views and private pool on the Costa Blanca
Casa Familia is located on Cumbre del Sol, about 15 minutes from Moraira and Javea, with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. Denia is 30 minutes away. A supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser and nice restaurant are just 200 metres away on foot. Cala del Moraig bay is 1.4 km away. The beach consists of small pebbles and enchants visitors with the remarkable Cova dels Arcs sea caves. The clear water is ideal for snorkelling. Those who prefer sandy beaches will love the beaches of Moraira and Javea. They offer a variety of activities such as kayaking, jet skiing and SUP rentals. The beaches are easily accessible by car. The beach promenade with its many restaurants leaves nothing to be desired. The villa is the perfect starting point for an active holiday. Cycling enthusiasts will find everything their hearts desire in the surrounding mountains. In 2019, a stage of ‘La Vuelta’ led directly over the Cumbre, which is well worth following. It is also known for its beautiful coastal hiking trails. Tennis players will also find numerous facilities on the Cumbre, in Moraira and in Benissa, which can be easily booked for a match with a sea view. The operators and tennis instructors speak several languages. The Javea Golf Club, with its impressive 9-hole golf course, can be reached in 11 minutes.
From Casa Familia, you can take fascinating day trips along the entire Costa Blanca. Valencia, Alicante and even Benidorm, the ‘Manhattan of the Mediterranean’, offer many varied opportunities to get to know the country and its people.
The villa has a private pool with a small pool bar. The pool is 8x4 metres in size and 1.20–1.70 metres deep. Roman steps make it easy to get into the cool water. There is a barbecue area right next to the pool. Comfortable loungers and parasols invite you to relax on one of the 325 sunny days a year. The entire pool area can be separated from the rest of the property by a door. Casa Familia consists of two separate apartments that are only rented out together. You will always spend your holiday alone on the 800 m² property. The upper apartment, which is accessed via stairs, is approximately 100m² in size. You enter through the modern and bright kitchen, which has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine and much more. The dining area with a beautiful view of the sea can seat 6 people. The kitchen leads to the cosy living room, which invites you to linger with its closed fireplace and comfortable seating. A 50-inch smart TV with German channels is also available. The bedrooms each have a spacious built-in wardrobe, roller blinds and a double bed. These are 1.40 and 1.60 metres wide respectively. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities and a washing machine. There is also a guest WC on this floor. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and the whole house has central heating, ensuring you have a comfortable holiday at any time of year. The outdoor terrace offers stunning sea views. A table with 6 chairs is perfect for convivial meals. The lower flat is approx. 60 m² in size and was completely renovated at the end of 2025. You enter through the entrance area directly into the spacious living room. Here you will find a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and everything you need. The dining area seats 4 people. A 43-inch smart TV with German channels is located in front of a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The flat has its own modern bathroom with a large shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. There is no air conditioning in the lower flat. An additional room in the lower flat is private and remains locked. With its two separate flats, Casa Familia offers the perfect combination for holidays with grandparents, teenagers who are already somewhat independent, or even for two families who are friends. The house also has a garage to protect your car from direct sunlight. Additional parking spaces are available on the street. The villa is perfectly situated with spectacular views down to Cala Moraig, yet only two minutes walk from the Pepe la Sal supermarket. We booked for 8 weeks in the winter months (Jan/Feb). The sun room was a particular highlight for us, together with breakfasts in the dining room with its panoramic view. Heating is via air conditioning units, rather than the radiators, but a generous electricity allowance is included in the rent. There is a good restaurant within walking distance, and more in Benitachell which is just a five minute drive. I would say a car is essential for a stay anywhere in Cumbre del Sol, as public transport is very limited. Certainly a place we will return to in the future.

Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, hat alles bestens geklappt. Kontakt mit Besitzer sowie Betreuung vor Ort waren Top! Vielen Dank!
Huis gekozen vanwege het indrukwekkende uitzicht. In het echt nog mooier dan op foto’s. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor het zwembad waren luchtbedden en nog veel meer beschikbaar. Auto stond lekker koel in de garage. Wij hebben genoten.
Alles bestens, schönes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick und schönem Pool. Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen, Küche mit allem was man braucht, Wohnbereich, Bad, Schlafzimmer praktisch eingerichtet, Büro Ecke im Wohnzimmer mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Drei Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Einkaufsmarkt um die Ecke.
