* 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed with cupboard. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a cupboard. The 3rd bedroom is a few steps lower and is a guest stay with a double bed shower - toilet -lababe and cupboard, all with air conditioning, fly windows double glass + shutter

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be clean and equipped with everything we needed. The areas nice with incredible views, the pictures don't do it justice. The best sandy beach was moraira about a 15 minute drive. We found booking with the host easy and generally the communication was excellent. However there is no mention in the advert that they charge extra for linnen and WiFi, it is also not mentioned when booking and we only found out a few months after we booked when we had a surprise email asking for the mentioned fees. It would have been much better if the fees were included in the booking price or listed in the advert, or at least mentioned immediately after booking. Otherwise a good stay and a great host.

L'appatement est très bien positionné car la vue du lieux est extraordinaire. Ma famille (8 personnes) était en extase devant le paysage à 180°C donnant lieux sur la mer et la ville de Benitachell. Nous avons eu de très beaux levés de soleil. Les magasins sont proches du logement. De plus, nous avons pu visiter de nombreuses villes comme Moraira, Dénia, Benidorm, Alicante, Teulada...Nous avons eu aussi le luxe de nous rendre dans de nombreuses plages comme celle de la playa l'ampolla, playa del portet, Cala del moraig , celle de Dénia qui est moins touristique (plage familiale)... La description du logement dans Abritel est fidèle à se que j'ai trouvé dans l'appartement même si la 3ème chambre est extérieure au logement. Mes ados l'ont tout de suite adopté en dépit d'un manque d'internet seulement pour cette chambre. Le lieux est très calme de quoi se déconnecter de la vie quotidienne et la piscine à débordement a été très prisée par mes enfants. Je vous recommande vraiment cette habitation qui comble toutes mes attentes. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute sur ce lieux de vacances. Lamia

Bedankt voor het prettige verblijf Sharon. Het uitzicht op jullie balkon is fenomenaal! Wij vonden het een minpunt dat je ver moest rijden naar Moraira, ongeveer 16 minuten. Maar dat kan voor andere gasten anders wezen? Desalniettemin hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad in jullie appartement. Hartelijke groet, Fam. Den Hertog Bennekom

Apartamento muy bien situado, en zona tranquila y con unas vistas inmejorables y una piscina idílica en la urbanización. Piso totalmente equipado y con todo tipo de facilidades. (Secador, plancha, cocina, ventilador, toldo...) Baños y mobiliario muy nuevo y cuidado. La única incomodidad, fue que el 3er dormitorio y 2° baño estaban 3 pisos más abajo, en la zona de trasteros. Estaba en el anuncio, pero fue algo incómodo.

El apartamento es bastante nuevo, muy bien equipado con electrodomésticos y con todo lo necesario para tener una cómoda estancia. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares ya que la urbanización está en una montaña. La piscina infinita es muy bonita. Sin duda uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado!!

L'appartement étant situé sur le haut d'une colline, il permet d'avoir une vue surplombant la mer. Pour les matinaux, le petit déjeuner en regardant le lever du soleil : c'est magnifique ! L'appartement est spacieux et propre. La location est très joliment décoré et très confortable, bien équipé en vaisselle et l'ameublement est très fonctionnel. Situé à proximité de la piscine (à 2 blocs de maison) sans les inconvénients du bruit. Le stationnement est facile. Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants et nous séjournions pour la 2ème fois sur Cumbre del Sol, nous avons trouvé de nouvelles criques très sympas à visiter. C'est une location que je recommande.
