Our Apartment Vistamar 1 is located in the quiet residential area of Cumbre del Sol (Benitachell, Alicante), just a few minutes by car from the old fishing village of Moraira, which is now a pleasant beach resort with great atmosphere, nice beaches and a wide choice of restaurants which cater for all tastes. From the terrace of the apartment and even from your bed, you can enjoy the magnificent sunrises over the sea and on particularly clear days you can see the island of Ibiza in the distance. The facility includes two spectacular infinity pools overlooking the coastline, one of them with a small separate area for toddlers. Cumbre del Sol is located right next to the Granadella Natural Park with its beautiful walking routes and next to some of the best beaches and hiking trails on the Costa Blanca, such as the Moraig Cove, the Granadella Cove and the Route of the Cliffs, a wild romantic walk high above the sea to a lonely former smuggler's bay. From the apartment a short walk will take you to the summit of Puig de la Llorença, from where you can enjoy one of the most stunning views over the coast on the whole Costa Blanca. Cumbre del Sol is also very close to top tourist destinations like Javea, Calpe, Denia, Altea, Villajoyosa and Benidorm, which has 6 theme and water parks. Exclusively for our guests we have compiled a brochure, which is available in the apartment, with detailed information (sights, destinations, activities, markets restaurants, etc...) about the surrounding area and the northern Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca is an all year round destination with an average annual temperature of 17º C, more than 300 sunny days per year, mild winters and a pleasant summer breeze. In spring and autumn and even in winter, the area with its stunning mountain scenery in the interior is very attractive for walking holidays. The landscape is especially beautiful during the almond blossom season in late January and early February and the cherry blossom season in late March and early April. From May to October you can plan a relaxing beach holiday. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war im Vorfeld bereits sehr freundlich und alles war perfekt, informativ und wunderbar vorbereitet und organisiert. An dieser Stelle noch ein riesengroßes Lob an Frau Pätzold. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr schön und hochwertig. Der Ausblick von der wunderbaren Terrasse ist einfach nur sagenhaft.. Man findet wirklich selten eine so schöne Ferienwohnung. Man könnte direkt für immer einziehen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles an Frau Päold und auch an Katarina. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Wenn nur alle Vermieter so wären!!! Houdt er wel rekening mee dat eind januari de zon na 13.00 uur niet meer vol op het balkon schijnt en rond 14.00 uur niet meer op het balkon valt. Het enige nadeel is dat het appartement ligt in een omgeving met bijzonder veel vakantie huizen. Dat is de reden voor vier sterren. Las vistas desde la terraza son un lujo. Una buena forma de empezar el día, después de haber visto amanecer, es desayunar en la fabulosa terraza. La zona tiene muchos atractivos de lugares para visitar, su gastronomía, servicios y ocio. La propietaria es muy dispuesta y atenta. Urlaub in den Apartments Vistamar auf dem Cumbre del Sol. In dieser Wohnung sind wir jetzt schon zum 3\. Mal. Der Ausblick ist unverändert schön und wir geniessen die milden Herbsttage mit über 20 Grad. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die vielen liebevoll bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten sind es u.a., die diese Ferienwohnung auszeichnen. Zum Beispiel gibt es eine gute Auswahl von Gewürzen, Essig und Öl oder sogar einen 1.-Hilfekasten mit Aspirin. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die auch gute Information mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen schon vor Reisebeginn online und zusätzlich in einer Infomappe in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht, sofort Abhilfe zu schaffen, wenn einmal ein Problem auftritt wie z.B. die Störung des Internetempfangs nach einem Gewitter. ##### Christel K. Les photos donnent envie de rêver, la réalité est superbe, la vue imprenable ! L'appartement très bien entretenu, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très pratique. Il ne manque de rien : des serviettes de piscine au torchons à mains tout est à disposition. Marianne est toujours disponible en cas de besoin et prend de nos nouvelles dès notre arrivée. Katarina est très agréable et même si mon espagnol est très pauvre, nous avons communiqué en anglais facilement. 2 piscines communes (à débordements) sont à disposition dans la résidence. Niveau plage : la crique de Moraig est la plus proche. La Platja de la granadella est superbe (plage de galets aussi). Pour les enfants, nous avons vu qu'à Xabia il y a une grande plage de sable fin avec des jeux. Bref semaine de vacances avec détente assurée ! Pour notre part, nous reviendrons ! Très bel appartement. Tout est prévu pour que vous passiez un superbe séjour. La terrasse et sa vue sont magnifiques. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est toute proche.
