Originally the terrace was open and has been glazed to give more space to the living-dining room. The bedroom has direct access to the glazed terrace. It has air conditioning for cold and heat. It would be fully furnished, ready to move in. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet, being very close to all services, such as cafes, restaurants, medical clinic, bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, ... and only 600 meters from Levante beach. One of the beaches most frequented by tourists with about 2,084 meters in length; in front is the Island of Benidorm that shelters a submerged platform known as La Llosa, an important marine reserve with excellent seabed that is a true gift for diving enthusiasts.
