### WIFI LUXURY MODERN APARTMENT R056

Impeccable apartment located in the Levante area of Benidorm, on one of the most well-known and sought-after avenues in the city.   
  
In a large, well-maintained urbanisation with a communal swimming pool, extensive common green areas, tennis court and communal parking. It has 64 m2 built, distributed in 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, living-dining room, glazed terrace, fully equipped kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with shower. Originally the terrace was open and has been glazed to give more space to the living-dining room. The bedroom has direct access to the glazed terrace. It has air conditioning for cold and heat. It would be fully furnished, ready to move in.   
  
The area where the apartment is located is very quiet, being very close to all services, such as cafes, restaurants, medical clinic, bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, ... and only 600 meters from Levante beach. One of the beaches most frequented by tourists with about 2,084 meters in length; in front is the Island of Benidorm that shelters a submerged platform known as La Llosa, an important marine reserve with excellent seabed that is a true gift for diving enthusiasts.   
  
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45\. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
