Apartment located in the luxury Sunset Cliffs Resort-type complex, on Poniente Beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, (main en suite) and capacity for 4 people.
Accommodation of 97 m² comfortable and newly built, 15 m² terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the common areas.
It has a lift (an external one with access to the beach), high-speed internet access (wifi) via fibre, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool + children's pool, heated communal swimming pool, private garage in the same building, 2 Smart TV televisions, iron, hairdryer.
American kitchen with induction island, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
\- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.
\- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.
\- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)
\- Check-out before 11:00
\- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

It has a common leisure room and a communal cinema room which must be booked at the establishment subject to availability.
