Our apartment in Marshal 3 is an excellent option for that. Being located near Levante beach in the Rincon de Loix area, but on the flat side, it is perfect for people who cannot climb hills. The market on Wednesdays and Sundays is very close and around you have supermarkets, restaurants and bars, so that, if you want, you don't have to worry about cooking, but if you like to do it, you don't have to make long trips to buy what you can cook with.
