Accommodation of 48 m², comfortable and exterior, with sea views (only the upper floors). We have several apartments for rent and that is why there are various photos in the advertisement.   
  
It is located 180 m from "Playa Levante", 100 m from the supermarket, 100 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport, 6 km from the golf course, 8 km "El Albir" , 38 km from the "Alicante" train station and is located in a lively area next to the sea.   
  
It has an elevator, terrace, iron, heat pump heating, community pool, open-air parking in the same building (space not guaranteed), TV, some have the option of air conditioning (for rent).   
  
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster.
