Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has an elevator, internet access (wifi), community laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board free of charge. All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning system, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge right in the opposite building (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day €22, Week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, Month €181\. From 5 days it compensates the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park. \-The key collection and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, opposite the Burger King. \-The amount of €200 is retained on the credit/debit card as a deposit. \-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may delay until 6:00 p.m.) \-Check-out until 11:00 a.m. \-Pet supplement of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay). \-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Great location in Old Town, moments from the beach and all the restaurants, shopping etc. The apartment was spacious and modern with a great comfy mattress and great powerful shower. However it was a bit stark.
