Collection of keys needs changing

Appartment was clean and modern lovely views The process to get the keys was awful ... we couldn't park at all near the office , after driving round and round i had to sit in the car whilst my friend queued for the keys. They then wrote down the wrong address , but the key for this address worked for the car park. So we then had to ring back after we discovered we was at the wrong property.. we arrived at 18.00 and did not manage to get into our apartment until 19.30 ! Little touches missing like hand wash and shower gel were missed ..

La ubicación

La ubicación. Pues muchas cosas , primero ponía que fianza se puede pagar en efectivo es mentira. Las llaves hay que ir a por ellas y lo ponían en el anuncio que se entrega en alojamiento. La salida hay que ir al mismo lugar para entregar en nuestro caso era un domingo y todo cerrado tenía que meterlo en un buzón que no nos aviso. Un desastre de empresa.
