Location was great on 7th floor above Irish bar noise not really a problem once windows closed ,was fiesta week and extremely busy but no issues with noise. Spacious, modern - great ! Location was excellent too. The wicker bench on the balcony was broken and when my 73 years old dad sat on it, it collapsed - he is only 12 stone. He has really hurt is back and will be visiting hospital when we get back to see what damage is done.
