Free parking was a bonus. Only one set of keys, due to late check in. Beds were uncomfortable. The sofa bed was impossible to pull out. The 24 hr Help number I phoned didn't care, as it wasn't an emergency, because there was no fire 🤷, although it said, call this number if you have any problems.The following day, the staff were very helpful and fixed the problem. BUT!!! The sofa bed should have been ready and made up for our arrival. I did book and pay for 4 people.
