No nos gustó que ni habían leído y por lo tanto hecho caso a la petición que hicimos, de tener un bungalow con algo de sombra natural ya que venimos con niños y no podemos abusar del el aire acondicionado...Ni caso, ni siquiera contestar que no hay posibilidad, para poder buscar otra opción Nos dieron uno en pleno sol, imposible entrar, no digo dormir sin tener el aire puesto y en una esquina de calle con curba, donde teníamos que estar encima de los niños para que no les pille algún coche al salir de la terraza.... Tampoco fueron muy claros con el precio, hubo un malentendido( por no leer ellis las observacionesde la reserva) y nos cobraron un suplemento para los niños. Por lo demas, el camping está muy bien, piscina bonita, desayuno bufé libre estupendo Pero nos lo pensaríamos más antes de volver a reservar por niños.

Es un camping muy tranquilo y con unas instalaciones cuidadas, el restaurante muy bien y la comida muy buena. La unica pega es que no habia animacion infantil, aunque si la ofertan, quiza por la temporada, no se, aunque era un fin de semana festivo y ya de temporada alta.

The Pits in Bennidorm

totally miss sold we ended up in a 25 year old static caravan which faced a wall.we expected a chalet as pictured. the reception was good and helpful. Old wet towels were on the kitchen floor and the décor was dated to say the least. The caravan smelled musty and well used to be polite.The campsite seemed to be full of ex pats drinking and smoking in the sun. Old vehicles on their pitches. Very disappointing would not recommend to my worst enemy

Estuve un par de días en julio con mi hijo y lo pasamos fenomenal. El personal de cafeteria y la animadora, Sonia, encantadores. El bungalow espacioso y muy limpio aunque se ve el mobiliario un poco anticuado. Tambien el personal de mantenimiento es de agradecer, tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado (al final culpa mía porque no apreté bien el botón del mando) y en lo que tarde en llegar de recepción al bungalow, ya estaba allí. Lo único que echamos en falta fueron unas cortinas oscuras o unas persianas en el dormitorio. Los baños comunitarios espectaculares, muy bonitos y espaciosos. A destacar también la tranquilidad del camping.

One of the worst places we stayed at during 2 months in Europe. Had to pay 100€ deposit for the key, just ridiculous. Payment was already taken from my card in the wrong currency even though hotels.com specified it would be charged in euros. This cost me an additional exchange fee. No hot water until 8.30 next morning. When I told reception there was no hot water they sent me to the camping showers which were terrible. I hadcto press the button every 30 seconds to keep the watervflowing andvit took at least 5 minutes to warm up. The shower head was fixed and water pressure so bad I may as well not have had a shower. The sheets and towels were not clean and had hairs on them. Only positives were a good size lounge and separate bedrooms although tiny good for price.

Mobile park get away in Benidorm.

wanted a weekend in Benidorm. Chose this site for its locality, plus parking. We did not use the facilities, but all looked up to date and clean. The member of staff at reception very friendly. We would stay there again.

Tranquilo y fuera de aglomeraciones de gente.

Me sorprendió y lo ví favorable que en el Camping tienen como norma para la tranquilidad y seguridad de los huespedes, cerrar las barreras de 1:00 de la madrugada a 7:00 de la mañana, fuera de esa hora puedes salir y entrar con el vehículo hasta la cabaña reservada, así tienes toda la comodidad de descargar el equipaje justo al lado y estacionar el vehículo todo el día. La piscina infantil y de adulto estan muy bien, con suelo no resbaladizo, teniendo justo al lado un vestuario con taquilla para guardar los objetos personales, la piscina está rodeada de cesped y tumbonas para tomar el Sol, sin olvidar la agradable monitora que hace reir y participar en juegos y ejercicios fuera y dentro del agua para todos los públicos. El restaurante le doy un 10, por calidad , confort y precio. La cocinera, una mujer muy agradable, sale habitualmente a preguntar por la satisfación de sus comensales, la cual le dimos nuestra enhorabuena. La verdad es que no encontramos nada negativo en este camping. Con toda proabilidad de que volveremos a visitar el lugar.

poor attitude by staff

I have stayed in many places around the world,and it would have been as cheap to stay in a hotel,and we would have had more respect.our first night was beside twenty french students,who let our trailer tyre down,we reported this and the attitude was they come every year.on the last night,there was a dog barking for the whole night,and when reported we were told that they were aware,but there is nothing that can be done.we filed a complaint with the owner\manager paco,who was rude,and did not like complaints bieng made,he was a horrble man with a childish attitude..Because we complained,we were called to reception and asked to leave the site,this was shortly after assisting the entertainments girl,and fixing her music system for the children.please do not suffer as we have,its a low grade site,with poor staff and bad attitudes.
